We ship orders from our New Jersey warehouse and selected global warehouse locations depending on product availability and destination.

  • Free standard U.S. shipping: usually 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited U.S. shipping: $10, usually 2–3 business days after shipment.
  • International shipping: rates and delivery times vary by destination.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is shipped.

Can I see orders under my account?

If you placed the order while logged into your customer account, you can log in to view orders associated with that account.

What if my package arrived damaged?

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may offer a replacement or refund after review.
