Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery. To protect product quality and customer safety, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Unopened Product Returns

If you no longer want the product and the item has not been opened, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Damaged or Deformed Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or with a visibly deformed bottle due to transportation, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We may offer a replacement shipment
  • We may also offer a full refund depending on the situation
After 15 days: We do not accept refund requests for any reason after the 15-day return window has passed. Please inspect your order shortly after delivery and contact us promptly if there is any issue.
